Happy Friday! Taking time for yourself is a great way to start your weekend! ... and it doesn’t have to be hard. Just start by breathing! Reclaim your breath.

Every inhale is a gift you give to your body. Every exhale is a chance to release a thought, emotion, or physical posture that no longer serves you.

Do you find yourself running around, feeling pressured to take care of too much? As if your life—your BREATH—is not your own? Do you feel like you can’t afford to take time or relax?

Friend, remember that your body is your safe harbor. Just start with breath to restore a deep and pleasurable sense of well-being.
