MEDITATION is a process of clearing, calming, harmonizing, or expand the capabilities of our mind. This can be done seated, standing, walking, or through intentional movement. Anyone can meditate. Though often used in religion, it is non-religious. A meditation session can be a short or long as you want. Meditation helps our mind, body, and spirit all work in harmony.

The more you meditate, the stronger your vital energy becomes, as your brain develops more neural firing along positive pathways, literally changing the shape of your brain, and the perspectives you have on life.
