Whenever I do a zoom session—whether it’s life coaching or all Reiki—I always see both myself and my client surrounded by our guides. This usually means the Angels and special spiritual teachers who are relevant to our work.
I call light into the layers of my client’s aura, and usually, I see pictures or receive high-density streams of information about situations.
After sessions, I ground as much of that energy as possible. Still, it circulates in our energy system, continuing to heal for several days before fully integrating.
Being in a field of that much light feels quite blissful. When fully grounded, it becomes a battery-store of energy to make leaps and bounds in life.
