I think it's wonderful that this month's new moon comes right before the Thanksgiving Holiday. New moons are a time of fresh beginnings and setting intentions. This new moon in Sagittarius also invites us into revelry, celebration, and fun. After the past few years in which the shadow of our mortality has hung over each holiday season, we are desperately in need of this new. moon's energy.
As the crescent grows brighter in the sky, we're invited that our joy too can grow. If you find that Thanksgiving holidays are often ones in which you are making your own traditions, this is a great year for connecting with friends or doing something outside in the fresh air where you can feel life all around you.
If you are meeting with family, look to connect in the simple ways. Leave deep dive clearings, serious conversations, and family karma to another holiday.
A QUICK RITUAL
What would you like to see more of in the coming weeks? Align your energy with this new moon. Light a white candle and sit in meditative posture. Make up a spontaneous song and sing out your desires. I promise your angels and the heavens are listening. Sagittarius energy is playful, spontaneous and does not like to be pinned down. Let the energy of your prayer be the same. It's all about the vibe. In the coming weeks, take inspired action towards your goals then make space for the surprising ways in which the universe can meet you.
Anytime you feel doubt about your intentions, just remind yourself, "The universe is bringing my gifts in perfect timing. I'm gonna chillax and let the goodness come."
Yes friends, that's an affirmation:
The universe is bringing my gifts in perfect timing. I'm gonna chillax and let the goodness come.
Have a beautiful and warm Thanksgiving,
