Manifesting 101: How to Manifest

Concepts for Manifesting from your Body, Mind, Spirit

  1. You co-create with the world around you.

  2. You have three power centers: diamond mind, heart, and will

  3. For quick manifesting, all three centers must be aligned with one another.

  4. Your Ego functions to protect your physical life based on learned beliefs.

  5. Replace poverty mindset with found examples of success.

  6. Meditation and Energy-work aligns your power centers

  7. Clear emotional dross. Emotions are meant to be Energy in Motion. E-Motion.

  8. Affirmations help rewire your brain and ego so it can protect and enable your heart's vision, not just your physical life.

  9. Take real, inspired actions from your positive heart space.

  10. Connect with the vision of your future self.

  11. Replace longing for the future with direct immediate action.

  12. Manifesting actions are sometimes illogical, as they aren't inspired by your ego. Spock & Data would turn in their graves.

  13. Keep releasing hangups, old beliefs, and poverty mentality, every single day.

  14. Let your Reiki healing practice (or daily meditation practice) anchor you.

  15. You are constantly creating your life, even in this very moment. Live the life NOW (or the feeling of it) that you want for the future. If you want to feel safe and peaceful, cultivate that very FEELING now).

  16. If you get stuck, physically clean and clear your space.
