This month has flown by way faster than anticipated! I set an intention at the start of the month to create some new material for my current business coaching clients, and I confess that between that and this summer's in-person Reiki Master Training, these projects have taken quite a bit of my attention.
At the same time this month, my kiddo also graduated from 8th grade! We got to watch him walk a stage. After 3 years of off-and-on home-schooling and covid testing, it was a real pleasure to stand in the blazing sun with my face melting off, watching friends and growing children cheer. What might have been a discomfort in the past, felt like a true blessing this June.
There are so many important rites of passage we go through in life. Births, marriages, and deaths are just a a few. When we celebrate special accomplishments like graduation, or like birthdays(yes, we survived another earth year!), it's direct nourishment to our soul.
SUMMER SOLSTICE
The energy of summer is all about celebrating what we have. As the Summer Solstice approaches this coming week, I feel the sacredness of this earth juncture. The heat pouring down from the sun, the breeze moving through trees, and the scent of earth wafting up from grasses and flowers, all remind me that there is so much beauty available for all of us to enjoy, no matter what is happening in our micro worlds.
Summer is a time to celebrate being alive, and to allow ourselves to receive the riches of that celebration. When we celebrate, we stabilize our body systems with good hormones, and we prolong our lives. Finding even small moments of grace and joy give us the strength needed to stretch, grow, and evolve.

❤️ HHR OFFICE HOURS: Summer Solstice Zoom PARTY (6/20 Zoom) - For Students & Alumni ONLY, This month's special topic is "Summer Solstice Zoom PARTY." Being able to meet with other people who love healing, is one of the things that make Healing Heart Reiki so special! It’s literally the longest day of the year, and a historic time for frolicking and good fun! Let’s presence together with some sharing, and some Oracle cards! If you have oracle cards, bring them to share!
