WELCOME & REIKI BLESSINGS FOR MARCH

It's Dailey, here at Healing Heart Reiki. I like to think of the beginning of each month as a moment to recalibrate. Some months, that's easier than others.

Lately, I've been thinking a lot lately about where my energy goes, who I'm saying yes to, and why I'm doing the things I do in the first place, especially as we come into March.

One thing about being in the 'Age of Aquarius' is that this really is a time to understand the philosophy behind our choices, and why we do what we do.

As we welcome March,  we have the opportunity to focus with depth and love on what matters to us most.

What are you creating in your life right now? Better habits? More presence? Deeper relationships with your loved ones?

Whatever you choose to put your energy towards this month, make sure it's something that really moves you.

WHAT'S UP AT HEALING HEART REIKI

Here at Healing Heart Reiki I've been moved by the mercurial energy and weather of spring to buckle in and work on some of the writing I've been promising to get to for the past five years.

I've tried to clear as much of my schedule as possible for that during the Mercury Retrograde to relax and refocus.

We'll continued to meet for our regular 1x monthly Reiki Shares and online Reiki meditations. So we definitely have MORE of that this month! 😊

INNER ALCHEMY is also going strong, and as I continue to work with clients in that privately held container, I'm also building more meditation audios and videos behind the scenes for our online MEMBER PORTAL (if you're an HHR student you should know about that, and be working with it).

I've also planned a REIKI & FLOWER ESSENCES workshop for Saturday afternoon, March 7th!  If you're local to Petaluma I hope to see you there.
