🌺 Take an early morning walk outdoors (even if I stayed up until 3AM binging on Netflix) 🌺 Review my calendar quietly, with tea ☕️ before jumping into work 🌺 Give Thanks 🙏 for someone I really appreciate, and something I am looking forward to 🌺 Meditate, drawing in Reiki light for illumination and peace. 🌺 Write a Brain Dump if everything I think I should do, need to do, and wish to do... do it’s not spinning in my head.
🌺 Reflect on my energy and identify self-sabotaging triggers or energy sets in my schedule or mindset before the week begins
🌺 Call someone in my family to connect
