Today is the New Moon in Taurus, and there's also a partial solar eclipse, followed by a full solar eclipse in 2 weeks. This means it's a hugely transformational time for deep re-sets in your life. Solar eclipse energy can help you shift how you're moving externally, while lunar eclipses help realign how you process intuitively.
There's LOTS of magic on the airwaves today, with the solar cross quarter holiday of Beltane also occurring this weekend. However you choose to spend your time, it's good to be intentional, and to remember the power of your embodied state. Embodiment is all about how you actually integrate mind, body, and spirit. When you are embodied, your spiritual energy is fully ensconced in your physical body, and emanates through it. People can feel embodiment. It feels like full presence. It can even feel electric!
You aren't only in a flesh sleeve, and you're not a spiritual being trapped in a human body. You came to this planet for a reason. There are GIFTS you can uncover in your humanity if you're willing to open to your senses, your gut knowing, and your earthly needs.
New Moons are also a good time for setting fresh intentions. I love to do this when we can see the actual sliver of the moon in the sky. Light a white candle, and journal alone, or discuss your intentions with a loved one.
