How do you like to ‘fix the vibes?’ Is there something special that you really like to do? ￼ One thing that really works for me if my vibes are wacky, is music.
I love: 🌺Solfeggio tones 🌺Tibetan bowls 🌺Mantras on repeat (on my Spotify) 🌺Movie soundtracks to movies that I feel are personally healing 🌺 Ocean waves, recorded from the actual beach and played really, really loud in my house 🌺 Witchy Chants 🌺 Conscious Silence
I try to lovingly tend to my energy every day. I don’t treat it like a big deal. I don’t hold the perspective that I am fragile or wounded or sensitive and thus need to do extra. I simply look at it as a self-love, and increasing that self-love and care feels great.
If you are sensitive or psychic, I like to suggest to students, regular habits:
❤️ A monthly house cleanse, and deep personal clearing, same day each month ❤️ A Weekly clearing or nourishing bath ❤️ A strong daily practice that has energy clearing, nourishing, and grounding elements (like your Reiki practice)
