It’s a new year and it’s time to start moving. Last year I did a lot of neighborhood walking and I also fell in love with my rowing machine. I’m not sure yet what I’ll gravitate toward for 2021. I’ve been missing hiking and a more focused yoga practice.
Spiritual well being extends much further than taking medication or chopping things up in surgery (although sometimes these come into play). I see a lot of energy healers who know this, but forget that a brisk walk or a morning of housework are just as clearing as meditation and mindfulness, though in different ways.
We are in a computer age; you can ensure that your body doesn’t wither by consciously choosing to make regular enjoyable physical activities a part of your daily life. What do you love to do?
