WHO IS DAILEY?
My name is Dailey and I'm your guide in this program. Unlike many conventional business coaches, I have first hand experience running healing and holistic businesses.
Raised in Buddhism, I had a profound psychic experience at the age of 13 which sparked a questioning of everything I knew. Through years of spiritual exploration, I never expected to teach Reiki professionally but one night, while soothing my son to sleep, I fell into a light trance and had a clairaudient experience. A voice urged me to start a Reiki healing practice. Within weeks, I found myself in a small rental office downtown, wondering how to see clients.
Although guided to turn my knowledge into a professional practice, the learning curve for business was steep. I already had a seasoned creative career journey before doing energy work--one that included dance, costume design, soap making, office management, event planning, marketing, sales, art gallery work, and much more.
Taking prior classes in business definitely helped to start me off, but healing as a professional industry was new to me. I took as many classes as I could, but it has really been friendships, private mentorships and small-group programs with teachers I love, that have made the most impact in my business journey. These experiences have taught me to trust myself while also equipping me we knowledge I didn't even know I needed.
Inspired by the collective experiences of my students and clients, as well as my own personal growth, I birthed the HEALERS IN BUSINESS program in 2022.
This program is the culmination of countless private sessions and heartfelt conversations centered around the intricacies of the healing profession. It's designed to empower students with the confidence, skills, and wisdom needed to thrive in the world of healing.
