Terms and Conditions
Healing Heart Reiki is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all participants. These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Healing Heart Reiki, including but not limited to one-on-one sessions, group classes, workshops, and retreats.
Payments and Registration
As a healing practitioner with your full health and safety in mind, I reserve the right to turn away students or clients at my sole discretion. Except where otherwise noted, advance payment in full confirms your registration for classes or events. Payment is accepted via check, money order, cash, credit card, or PayPal. For payment plans or special arrangements, please contact Healing Heart Reiki directly.
All classes, and courses are nonrefundable. While classes are nonrefundable, in case of illness or other unforeseen event, credit may be extended to future events. While most classes are nonrefundable, in the case of illness or other unforeseen events, credit may be extended to the same matching event in the future. For online offerings, there are no refunds due to the digital nature of events and programs.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice in the case of cancellation or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
In the rare event that Healing Heart Reiki needs to cancel or reschedule a session or class, you will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, you may choose between a full refund if the program has not yet started, or credit for a future session or class.
Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal information collected by Healing Heart Reiki, including for classes and newsletter subscriptions, is considered confidential. Your information will never be sold or shared without your express permission and will be used solely for the purpose of providing services and sharing updates about Healing Heart Reiki. Healing Heart Reiki complies with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
Liability Disclaimer
Energy healing and coaching services provided by Healing Heart Reiki are complementary practices and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always consult with a licensed professional for such concerns. By participating in any and/or all services offered by Healing Heart Reiki, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own health, decisions, and actions. You understand that all offerings are for educational purposes only.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage with respect and kindness in all classes and sessions. Healing Heart Reiki reserves the right to remove participants for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.
Technology Disclaimer for Online Services
For online classes and coaching sessions, please ensure you have reliable internet access. Healing Heart Reiki is not responsible for technical difficulties on the participant's end. If significant issues arise, we will work to reschedule you to the next course as needed.
Intellectual Property
All class materials, including PDFs, recordings, and other resources, are copyrighted by Healing Heart Reiki. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of these materials without prior express written permission is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with California law.
Acknowledgment of Terms
By registering for services or classes with Healing Heart Reiki, and/or by making payment to Healing Heart Reiki for services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
