Womb Healing Meditation Series

Have you always sensed that there's greater healing you could do in your lower chakras? A woman's womb can incubate some of her deepest healing themes, and yet we aren't really taught in our society how to be with this part of our body.

Join me for this 5 week healing series, exploring the psychic and energetic terrain of our wombs through Reiki, rest, and quiet meditation. If you're an energy healer, holistic practitioner, or priest/ess of the divine feminine, this series will expand your personal experience with your own body and the stories held in your dna.

Each class, we'll take a little time to ground and presence together with a simple smudge/censing, and then go right into the meditation or magic of the evening. Class will usually end somewhere between 7:30-7:45PM, leaving space for practical questions or grounding if needed.

OUR SCHEDULE

WEEK 1: Connecting to the spirit of our womb

~ Finding our breath, we'll create the container, dropping into the light template of our wombs. Listen. Trust yourself to notice and learn to connect with the voice and spirit of your womb. You are also welcome to receive a Reiki light activation if you'd like. I will bring my special bell that aligns the energy centers directly.

WEEK 2: Bringing healing light to the ancestral mother lineage and father lineage

~ Feeling into the blossoming of our ovaries in the light template, we'll take a guided journey into the dna and ancestral lineages held within this part of our womb. You can rest in the energy, or you can welcome a gentle healing of multigenerational stories.

WEEK 3: Bringing healing to our cosmic gateway, the cervix and pelvic floor

~ Through guided meditation and tantric breath work, we'll bring light, healing and consciousness to your cervix and pelvic floor, the seat of your sacral chakra and your connection to the interdimensional energy of the creatrix goddess. Resting in the energy, notice how your body naturally shifts and realigns with the pulse of the earth.

WEEK 4: This is the night before thanksgiving, so we will not meet in person, but I have a lovely exercise to give you to play with in your own time. I will also be on zoom at 6:30 PM, for anyone who would like to connect around womb healing with Q&A. This session will be recorded and emailed for the class. You are welcome to submit questions ahead of time if you can not attend live.

WEEK 5: Shamanic Womb Medicine Healing Ceremony

~ Gathering in circle with a beautiful herb that is an ally for womb health, we'll share wisdom as women, and then rest beneath our blankets, warming our wombs, and shamanic journey with our plant allies to discover our next steps in healing. Our chosen herb is non-psychedelic and safe for consumption, and will be taken in tea form, but you can also choose to drink Reiki-charged water. I will bring my goddess drum, and we will end with a womb blessing.

Womb healing is something I first learned about in high school when I was a young gymnast with an angry womb that hurt terribly during each moon cycle. Ironically I watched an Oprah special exploring womb healing in menopause, but the woman being interviewed shared life changing wisdom that I began to work with instantly. I was fascinated, and because of my work in those years, I developed a beautiful beginning relationship with my creative center.

Over the years I've found myself in and out of love with my body, but womb healing work always brings me back to a place of power, self confidence, and love. I hope to share that resilience and love with you.

WE'LL BE MEETING IN PERSON...

This class is in person, in Petaluma, California. There's very little prep required. I will provide an extra video resource for people who are interested in a more intellectual understanding of womb work, but this series is truly geared to meet you wherever you are at in your relationship with self, and it's experiential. You're welcome to show up, lay down, and rest in the healing energy. This is more powerful than a private healing session.

The pelvic bowl that houses your womb (or its etheric imprint), is truly a cauldron of magical creation. Learning more about the energetic dynamics of the womb--uterus, ovaries, cervix, vagina, labia, and all other anatomy in our first and second chakra-- is one of the most healing steps you can take in fully grounding your energy and activating your creative, empowered, sovereign self. This class does that through guided meditation, shamanic healing, and Reiki. But I am happy to offer you my video presentation "Intro To Womb Wisdom," to help you with a practical understanding of this topic.

DATES: 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 11/26 (home exercise), 12/3

TIME: 6:30PM-8:00PM each time

LOCATION: 210 Vallejo Ave- Suite C, Petaluma CA (upstairs)

Everyone is welcome, although Reiki 1 Training is suggested. 

BRING: yoga mat, pillow(s), blanket, blindfold, unlined 8x11 journal or sketchbook, and dress comfortably. If you don't have these items, please let me know. I have quite a few extras and you are welcome to use them through the series.

TUITION: $350 (includes series of 4 classes over 5 weeks, as well as a bonus video "Intro To Womb Wisdom")
