This month's special topic is "Gratitude Circle & Reiki for Forgiveness." This time of year, holiday interactions stir up all kinds of emotions. Dailey has often taught classes on Forgiveness, but join Reiki Office Hours to ask your personal questions about how to work with Reiki around your own Holiday Challenges. We’ll end with a simple gratitude circle to raise our heart frequencies and open to love for the season.

Students and Alumni of Healing Heart Reiki are welcome to join Dailey for lunchtime Office Hours once a month! My door is open! One thing that makes Healing Heart Reiki truly unique is our TOTAL commitment to your growth and development. You've entered a school for healing, and you're encouraged to remain curious, questioning, and deeply alive!

People Come to Office Hours To:

❤️ Ask questions about your healing or techniques

❤️ Receive accountability

❤️ Deepen your practice 

❤️ Pick Dailey's brain (favorite crystals shops & massage joints, hehe)

❤️ Recommit to your practice

❤️ Get clarity about course material

❤️ Turn in old or overdue homework

❤️ Say "HI!" and enjoy the lunch hour

❤️ You don't have to have a question to attend-- you're also welcome to come and hang out!

PREREQUISITE: You must have taken a core class through HHR to attend. This means, one of the following: Reiki 1, Reiki 2, Reiki 3/Master, Shaman 1, Shaman 2, Shaman 3.

Attendance is free! Open Office Hours are recorded, and you are welcome to come/participate either screen on or off. Some students have chosen to post questions to the chat thread with screen off, when catching the hour from work.
