Aura Clearing Smudge & Silent Meditation at the Park

Lets gather in community for a silent meditation, quietly calling in Reiki and learning to sit in the sanctuary of your own being. We'll meet at the park just before 10AM, and call in Reiki, enjoying the vibrant colors of fall, beneath the oak trees. The Oak Medicine invites us into strength, power, and ancient wisdom.

This is a sacred power day, as November 7th this year is the true halfway point between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice. This day hold vital energy for us, and we're devoting it to cleansing and grounding into our vibrant lives.

As you meditate, I will circulate with herbs and tree resins to help clear chords or release anything stuck in your aura from the past season. You get to relax, release, and reset.

BRING:

* Your own meditation cusion, blanket, or chair to sit on (the ground is crunchy and dry, but could be wet in the morning)

* A face mask, OR a veil to cover your entire face as your meditate

* Water to drink

* A small blessing for the land, such as soil, a rock from your home, fertilizer, or water (offer this to the land on your own as you meditate)

We will be practicing Covid-19 Safety for this event. This event is socially distanced, with a minimum of 6 feet between people. We will be spreading out on the land. I will be social distancing from each of you as well, in respect for my immune sensitive family & tribe members. Please wear a mask or a face veil the entire time, and refrain from coming if you have a temperature or think you may be sick. Attendance is also limited.
