New Habits During the Pandemic

The earth needs our loving attention now more than ever. As you start driving more, expanding your social circles, and moving in the world, bring your conscious love with you.

Bring it as you discard masks in trash cans, and as you praise the beauty of the trees and life around you. Staying home is showing us ways that we can minimize our carbon footprint. What habits have you learned that you will choose to keep?

For me, it’s:

🌺 Spending longer stretches of time in nature 🌺 The 15-minute catnap in the sun 🌺 Wednesday night game night with my son 🌺 Calling my extended family every week 🌺 Walking instead of driving 🌺 Sharing Reiki as a gift to the land every single day
