This week's NEW MOON in CANCER is on June 28th @ 7:53PM PDT. The Cancer new moon invites us to feel how romantically delightful the summer can be. However, like the crab, if emotional themes have been too heavy this summer, you may find yourself wanting to walk sideways out of the picture. And, if cornered, you'll fight with a nasty bite.
The goal? don't get cornered. Here's a quick review of boundaries so your inner cancer can have a lovely new moon...
1. If someone regularly makes you feel like hard poop on a sidewalk in summer, walk away. You deserve better.
You may have put up with b.s. from people, but the cancer moon will support you in connecting with your feelings.
2. Talking during a cancer moon is overrated.
Give yourself space if you feel oversensitive or triggered, and come back for healthy conversation in 1-2 days. Please friend, don't leave situations in convo-purgatory forever. Lean into loving family and friends, and just... know that it's okay to trust your feelings and go with what your soul knows whenever words fail you.
3. Get out in nature. Paint with all the colors of the wind.
Remember how calming it is. Oooh I feel a spontaneous ritual coming on, beneath that dark spacious sky...
You don't always need to-do lists. Let the season illuminate your next few weeks and ride the beautiful wave.
